Let’s suppose that your favourite brand of oil is rated at Rs. 60 a litre, and by the helpful perusal of the coupon service you’re able to buy it through the year at Rs.47 a litre, every month, even this one item of your grocery will bring in Rs. 166 every year to your pocket.
Let’s take for example an average family of 4 who buy the following items of grocery on a regular basis and check savings with the current coupons available in market.

If you add it all up, then it can easily save you Rs 5000 a year. Now that is a real saving….

Beauty is an integral part of our lives. Since ages past there has been a constant struggle as to how to define beauty. Is beauty truly in the eyes of the beholder?? Also has our perception of it changed over the years? These are questions which are ever lurking in the background.
Well whatever it maybe fact of the matter is that we all like a feeling of being well turned out and attractively presented. It is a well known that such a feeling leads to a more confident personality and hence a more successful one.
Having said so a few tips on how to be a beautifully turned out person at all times are sure to be welcome. For most of us our face is our fortune. It is what the world relates to on 1st meeting , so according it its due lets check a few simple tips to better our fortune:
- Do you know that simply washing your face every 2 hours & rubbing ice on it afterwards helps keep away the grease and gives our face a fresher look, a fab tip to lighten your face this summer.
- Want to get that first flush of love look on your face, here you go :mix equal quantities of almonds, rose water, glycerine & lemon juice on your face, leave on overnight. Wash it off in the morning 1st with warm water & then cold water. Now comes the tough part, getting ready to handle those envious looks complimenting your glowing persona.
- Have the perfect face to launch a 1000 ships but marred by a shiny nose? no hassles: just apply a little sugar & water before powdering the face. Dab it on your nose & let it dry a bit before applying the powder thickly. Now wipe off the excess powder and you’re ready for that hot jaunt.
These were some home grown pointers, but if you have the leisure of getting a proper facial done once in a while here’s a factfile you should be aware of :
Facials :
This is one of the most popular but not very well understood beauty concept of our times : in our day to day life we fight pollution, sunrays & stress 24/7. These silent killers rob our skin of its natural moisture leading to its premature wrinkling & ageing. Facials are a wonderful means of rehydrating & rejuvenating our skin. Broadly speaking facials help :
- in a thorough indepth cleansing & exfoliating of the dead skin, making the skin look healthier
- they rejuvenate the skin by aiding in faster cell renewal
- help provide the skin with indepth moisturisation
It is best to get a facial done every 4 to 6 weeks for thats how long the skin takes to regenerate. Long term benefit of regular facial treatments is that a lot of ones skin problems can be reduced and even prevented, leaving us with a healthier & hence a more beautiful visage.
So guys/gals that was something to perk up your face.
So long. Bye bye!!!
